For more than 25 years, Rosario and her cousin Antonio, from Seville, had a world-famous flamenco dance partnership. They starred in three Hollywood movies and performed on Broadway. Paul Colin's 1949 poster is a marvelous capture of devotion in motion: the symmetry of knees bending, the concatenation of arms twisting, and Rosario's balancing act twinned with Antonio's soaring leap.
