The Second Winter Olympic Games drew 363 participants from 27 countries. Laubi may have been chosen to create the official poster for the event on the basis of the image he created for the annual St. Moritz winter horse race in 1924; it was so well-received that it was used again the following year (see PAI-XXIII, 325). His design here shows the Swiss and Olympic flags waving over the majestic snowy landscape. Rare!
