Here, she's high-stepping her way into our hearts in a flouncing gumdrop dress. Though little is known of Choppy, he created at least one other image for La Houppa, featuring her in the company of her adorable furball hand-puppet sidekick, Fourtoutou (see PAI-XXIV, 245).
