It's difficult to tell whether Villemot has chosen Nice's Promenade des Anglais, or Cannes' Corniche for his subject, but he surely captures the easy beauty of France's Mediterranean coast for English-speaking Air France flyers. The same design also avertised the Côte d'Azur (see PAI-XLV, 511).
