An object poster isn’t precisely the type of design one expects from an artist for whom extreme imagination was held as a premium. And yet this commission from later in Mauzan’s career shows that he was just as capable of calling attention to a product with the detailed realism of singular clarity as he was with any outlandish whim. And with the Bauhausian Fulmen factory looming solidly in the rosy background of profitable commerce, could there be any question that their batteries were "the most durable”?
