Known for his bootylicious and buxom broads, this image by Grün does not fail to deliver his signature delights. At the Pépinière, we are being tempted by this saucy brunette to attend the year-end review, “I’m gonna tell your momma,” a title remarkably similar to many popular cabaret reviews of the 1910s and 1920s—apparently, the threat of parental knowledge of one’s lascivious deeds is a titillating, eternal theme.
